Red light?

When I turn the car on the esc is green, then when I turn the controller on it turns to a barely lit flashing res color

Unplug the servo and see what happens.

Unplugged it and it works without it plugged in. Bad servo?

I'm looking for fastest. Don't really care about snapping shafts. Just dont know what to upgrade to or anything.

Absolute fastest motor is going to be a Neu... 50togo has experimented with a few.
MMP is the ESC he used, I believe.

With the neu motor you have big block power in the size of a small block and the motor and esc will run cool!
How fast do you want to go!
I run the neu 1110 1/y and mmp esc. Takes a few mods to get it running you will need to shorten the shaft and grind a slot for the pinion screw to sit but you would be happy with the power and handling. Nothing else really compares http://www.espritmodel.com/neu-1110-...es-motors.aspx

Well I'm looking for more of a plug and play, but I will keep that into consideration.


An off topic question, buddy of mine has the same car and his esc went out. What would be a cheap replacement that would work with the stock motor
