Jato wont shift into 2nd gear!

Hey everyone I was running my jato today and its about 28 degrees outside so i had to make adjustments to my HSN to make it run good. I can do wheelies but it wont shift to 2nd any ideas? I am thinking its to cold so i cant adj the HSN enough to let it shift.

You know the transmission?
There's a hole in the top, and it lets you access a screw.
The screw sets the speed in which the 2nd gear will engage.

Look in the manual, there's a special way to do it.

I had the same problem, just slowy turn it to the right way(testing it after each turn) till you hear it shift then you can adjust it to your liking. goodluck!
