esc XL5 no voltage output to Titan motor

Yesterday I replaced the shock tower in my sons Rustler. He drove it last night after the repair. There was snow on the ground but it is supposed to be waterproof. This morning he went to drive it again and the motor will not run. I OHM metered the XL5 output and it is 0. But the steering servo works.

Any ideas out there?

Sounds like the ESC is half broke.

So you are getting 0 voltage or 0 ohms?
