Lipo has unbalanced with balancer

Hey y'all, I recently got a slash. I bought a onyx 235 and a onyx 4,000 2 cell lipo. I hav the electricfly balancer, and this is my first charge. I noticed that the first cell has 4.210 volts and. The other one has 4.205. It is charging in the range of 5-10 volts difference. This normal?
