I ran XC but my best race was the 400 meter dash I joined XC as a junior and senior, my 5k was only just under 21 minutes, and my mile was just under 6, then in my first year of college I started running after class with some super varsity runners from a big school, I ran a sub 19 5k and a 5:43 mile and these guys called it a practice day :0 I ran a 2:08 800m and a 51.3 400m

Canadian death race FTW! 125 kms in 24 hrs , 1,700 ft in elevation. I'd did not compete but was there for the festivities and drinks

    I can run 100m in 12 seconds
    Really nothing else
    I don't keep a good pace

When I try 1500M at school I come in last
I run really fast walk run walk run..

It's kinda funny cause I came in second with 100m dash..

I run cross country for my school but my times are not going to be as good I'm only in 8th grade.

    1 mile 7:30
    2 mile 14:30
    5k 24:16
    10k 1 hour

I just started running in 2012 so I was glad that I could do a 10k

I think the 100M needs a more precise time measurement than that, running a 51.3 400M I ran 12.825 100's the entire time, I probably should have run some 200s but I didn't consider myself a true sprinter.

I'm not in track, or cross country. Boring and repetitive for my liking i guess. Ran the mile in 5:40 my 8th grade year though! Now I'm in 9th grade. Haven't had one timed since

Completed a marathon and 1/2 marathon, as well as lots of 5Ks. My times are nothing special. I just enjoy the exercise and challenge of it all. I typically average about 20-25 miles a week now that I'm not training for anything. I hope to do another marathon soon.
