Would like to know how it looks before I buy some, really curious on the crushers. I know they need to be on narrow wheels, and will narrow mine if need be. Any pics would be appreciated!

I've seen the rock locs on wide rims didn't look right or perform as well.
He narrowed the axials and they look and perform better.i ran the crushers on narrow rims didn't like them look good but don't perform very well depending on what you are doing.slingers are very popular and seem to work well.

I am running the Axial eight spoke with mudslingers. I cut every other lug and star cut the foams. I feel they perform better than the Canyons on the rocks. The front wheels are weighted and the canyons were not so that might not be a fair comparison. As the slingers wear the grip seems to get better. The inner bead lock ring will rub on the front. I am now going to trim the rings thanks to the tip from German. Sorry no pictures.
I was thinking about trying to bend the turnbuckles out of the way. I don't know if hub extenders would solve the rubbing problem.
PM me for help converting your Summit to brushless
A smaller inner ring would solve the problem, but they don't make one, and i haven't seen anyone else make one.
I don't even think you would have to take an 1/8th of an inch off that inner radius of those rings and they would be fine.
Don't bend your turnbuckles. that will just cause more issues.
Extenders will only make it worse before it gets better. (if im thinking about that geometry correctly)

I took my inner rings to a machine shop and they charged be a whole $8 to take an 1/8 of an inch off. Now they clear perfectly

Sweet, i knew that that was all it would take to clear.![]()

I now have 12mm offset but 3mm is all that was needed to clear the inner rings from the tierods on maximum steering lock.

Mounted on Axial 8 spoke beadlocks. Tires are stretched a bit due to the wide rim. Wish the Rocksters were still around.

How does the glued side Lugs box up? Have you ripped any off. I kinda like that idea.
