    17mm Hub Adapters?

Hey everyone, I have a slayer pro arriving today and I have been doing a lot of reading of this forum. I have a question about the 17 mm hub adapters though. I know I need them to run 1/8th buggy wheels but I am unsure if it is a specific adapter or what. From my research the only ones I have found that say they are compatible with the slayer are these. http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...r-Set-w-Pins-2
Are these what I need? Are there other options out there? If anyone could point me in the right direction or post a link it would be much appreciated.

Okay so those work just fine with the slayer even though the slayer is not listed as compatible?

Yeah, I've been using them for a year and no problems.

With the Teknos you need to be running the stub axle conversion as well. Great upgrade, but overkill if you are just looking for a different 17mm hub.

The traxxas set as shown in post 2 will work, but they are problematic. There is an inherent wobble issue that hasn't been addressed yet by traxxas (please, soon, i hope) where after a while they wear out the end of the stub axle threads and get loose causing the wheel to wobble. I run the Ofna T-Maxx 17mm adapters, Ofna Part # 81175.
Or there are a few guys running the HPI 17mm hubs which will eliminate the possibility of ANY wobble at all, you just need to run some washers behind the hub as it isn't deep enough to ride on the bearing like the traxxas hubs.

Okay that really helps me out a lot. Thank you both!
