    Question Is this normal ?

When I run my ( Brand new ) Revo, and after 10 minutes, when the tank is nearly empty, I open it, and vapour is coming out of it. Is this normal ?

Last winter I often drove my Revo when it was below freezing outside, then the vapors really looked strange, as they were so thick It almost looked like the inside of the fuel tank was going to pop out

Explanation: the exhaust pressurizes the tank and that is what you see. Yes, normal.
