need some help with the new transmitter settings.

i know i should know this but..... i just got another slash 4x4 with the new style of radio.

i also dropped in a monster mamba in it and was wondering if there was any advantage of having the transmitter set at the 50/50 setting or 70/30 setting. thanks guys!

Bit of a personal preference, but I changed to 70/30 and have not looked back. Most of the time you are going forward and having it set at 70/30 gives you a wider band of forward speed control (note that you do not change to speed of the truck in anyway) just the amount of forward trigger travel that corresponds to your trucks top speed. I have found that it gives better control on the ground and in the air.

I want to change that setting on my truck too. How do I change it to 70/30?

Depends on which ESC you using. But basically you need to reset your throttle end points once you have changed to the 70/30 setting on your Tx. Resetting your throttle end points procedure varies depending on the ESC you got, but will be detailed either in your manual or the Instructions you received with your ESC if not a stock one.
