Yes they will. But I really don't understand your question. Why do you think that they wouldn't?

the lhs said yu have to have a 5000mah 25c for both the 3s and 4s

I wouldn't think so but I might be wrong. Your runtime will just just be shorter with the lower mah

You have to look at the amps the lipos put out. Ideally you want to stay over 100 amps continuous. It is always recommended to buy the most mah in a lipo that you can afford. All of my 3s lipos are 5400mah.

Im using a 5400 mah 3s lipo in my slash and the run time is excellent.
