    4s gearing with MMP 2400

Hey guys i was wondering how i should gear the slash 4x4 if i run 4s. I dont want the motor and esc to be extrememly hot and ill be mostly doing runs down the street and maybe some driving on loose dirt/gravel surface.

You can start at like 18/54 and see how your temps are. I run one of my trucks at 22/50 on 4s. I also have an Integy single fan heatsink for cheap insurance.

It is up to you. If you have pinions sitting around, by all means try them out. I am just giving an example of what worked for me. Please post your findings to help others on the forum

they're both very good shafts either one you pick. the only difference with tekno is that its non telescopic.

I swear by Mip X-Duty axles! I have them on both of my trucks. It comes to personal choice. They are both a hige improvement over the stock axles. I have front and rear on both of my trucks. If you look at www.gonitrohobbies.com they have them for a good price. You might also want to check eBay.
