On road wheels and tyres for my summit, some advice please :)

    Hi,

Well I've had my 1/10th summit delivered and I'm really impressed by it
I'm not always going to be bashing it off road, I'll be having a play on road too.
Now feeling how soft the tyres are, I don't want them to touch the Tarmac as it'll just kill the grip for when I go off road so how about these wheels and tyres:

I know I'll loose a bit of top end speed due to the size but I guess if need be I could always change the high gear

    Opinions please

Cheers fella, I only included the E Revo tyres as I thought it'll maintain some of the tyre height compared to the std ones

They look sweet, tbh I was more looking for a set that I can just buy and bolt on.
If I had to glue the tyres on, I wouldn't want to see the final result lol

they sell them preglued too but, i prefer glueing it myself plus i taped the inside too to eliminate balloning on high speed.

Great stuff, I can't find any black pre-glued ones in the uk but I've found some chrome ones, they'll do
I think they'll be ok on my summit, not planning on quick speed runs lol

    Cheers again mate

Road Rages' look good on the Summit, mine just isn't fast enough to benefit from them.
It probably tops out at 15mph with the shorter tires.
