ET-3S cogging

Hi I have the ET-3s and I am using it in a touring car with the Castle 5700 1406 motor. And this ET-3s coggs more then any set up I have ever had. Does anyone have any ideas to help out? I have a Castle link and my setting are

LVC off: 3.2
Timing: 2
Start Power Medi I have also tried low
Torque limit: 20%

I run this set up on 2 cell, and it is awful.

Thanks for the help LOL,

I fixed the cogging by updating the firmware and changing a few setting in Castle link.

LVC: 3.4
Start Power: High
Timing: 7
Torque limit 10%

And this fixed my problem.

How did you update it? i tried and it wont let me.
