    Rear diff trouble

Need help diagnosing problem. The rear diff doesn't lock and every once in a while it clicks. Should I just rebuild it?

The first step is to tear it down to see what is wrong.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

The "castle" teeth in the diff or the gears for the servo for the locker?

Sorry it took so long to post back I have been busy. The locker was fine. It was the castle gears inside the diff.

I heard of a guy breaking those spider gears from over-tightening the slipper clutch lol. I have torn into my diffs to diagnose a diff issue just to find out it was the arm between the servo and the diff.

3 days? I can get it out, clean it, pack it, and reassemble in less than an hour.
