which wire goes where?

hello everyone I'm re-installing my telemetry into my ultimate slash and was having trouble remembering exactly where everything goes?Is there a diagram that can help me through this?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

both channel 1-servos
2-esc
3-open
4-open
5-open/bec

The others are labeled on the receiver.

what about a tmaxx both servos in 1 does it matter which one goes where also the battery into 5 ?

not sure I understand that, but yes battery is channel 5.
