QR issue

I recently picked up a qr1 and am having issues with it. I've flown in the past but am by no means an expert.

Here is the issue. All batteries are charged (in the copter and controller). I plug everything in.. set it on a flat surface... I slowly move the throttle stick on the left upwards and it immediately flips over... Only 2 rotors seem to be spinning and its as if there is no inbetween on power.. its either full speed or off.

Ive tried resetting the controller to default.. different batteries, etc.

Any idea as to what is causing this?

Did you do the board reset described on the seperate paper that came with the quad?

try putting the throttle to the far right bottom corner and moving the left stick back and forth until the LEDS blink. if not the motors may be broken and you have to get more and solder them to the helicopter. You can do that or pay some dude at a hobby shop to fix it.

Are the rotors on the proper rotating motor,like on page 13 of the manual.
