What way should this 4 little things be placed?
Now i hace placed them like this, but i think that's wrong...
When i look at the right side of the truck they don't stand that way theree, but there is no space to get them in!

That's where they are on mine.
As long as nothing is damaged, they will fit. Doesn't matter the spacing how you put them in, there is room for all 4 on the bar.
They change the caster angle on the front end. I believe 4 back is stock location on the Summit.

If you notice, I think only one side as them... one side of the bulkhead is stock Revo, the other is stock Summit. The Revo side needs the shims as there is room for adjustment. The Summit side does not need shims as there is no room for adjustment. Just match the Summit side.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.
They do show them on both sides on the exploded views.
Just checked my summit too and it is 4 back on both sides. They do not interfere with the locking assembly.

Well, i figured it out... i think
the knob on the right side is pointing upwards... so i tought they had to be upwards on the left side too.
I thought you were right, but i looked at the exploded views and they showed both sides so i went and looked at mine and sure nuff they are on both sides 4 to the rear.

It still baffles me where I ever got the idea.

it makes sense if you think about it without looking at anything. There is a big bulge on the one side front and rear.

I am not sure what you are asking, but if you are asking how they should be placed back on the upper suspension rod, i don't believe it matters. They all four fit in place and i don't believe it matters if the little arm is up or down. I just took mine apart and they were moving semi freely. I believe they are just there as spacers, to fill the gap. Correct me if i am wrong.
You can actually place them with the arm slid back instead of forward... I think that is what he was referring to.
But then again my track record is not the greatest on this thread.
lol

I don't know if the Summit would benefit at all from increased Caster angle. (by putting more to the front instead of the rear)
I have never played with caster on mine.

If I only had a penny!

Here you can watch the gearing on my truck.

But i think it's normal again.
Was different when i tested it outside.
I did not see anything out of the ordinary.
Gear shifting is not like going from 1st to 2nd... it is like going from 4x4 HI to 4x4 LOW. Even on 1:1 vehicles you need to stop and then slowly accelerate to get the gears to mesh in properly.

I was honestly thinking the same thing. In my mind for some reason I thought only one side had shims. After reading this thread I looked and both sides have shims (as stated above.) Only difference is on the "summit" side of the bulkhead the shims arent really functional since the bulkead doesnt allow the upper a arm to slide fore and aft to change the castor angle. I wish it did...I think it could be benificial in some situations to have castor adjustment like the revo has.
Thats too funny...and very true.
Uh, i posted that video in wrong thread...
oh well, done is done.
And it works fine!
