do be careful if you're mounting a lipo battery on top, of it rolls on pavement you can scrape the protective film off the lipo pack, my recommendation has always been max out the battery trays, 1800mah 3s or 2250mah 2s, in parallel that's similar capacity to a 1/10 scale battery pack in a lighter package that doesn't need as heavy of a current.

    1:2200 mah 2s traxxas pack;35
    2:2200 mah 23 traxxas pack;70$!!!!!!!!!!
    4400mah

    1:5000 2s 65c gens ace 40$

do you see where i am going with this

Which is more exspensive... it also cant be runned in other 1/10 scale!! trucks and it has more capacity then all the other mini batteries!! and it wont mess up my battery i plan on making that cover out of sumthing stronger and i plan on covering the wire better

so you jsut kill the aerodynamics of the vehicle and mess up the weight balance

when you could get 2 of the 2s from spc that are 2500 mah and $20 each.........

i can hit 25mph with my brush aerodynamics seems to be fine and it jumps good in the air as long as i am following threw with the power if not i will do a back flip not likes that a bad thing and the 2 spc 2500 mah cant be run in 1/10 scale!!!and i can still put my grave digger bodie back on and everything will be stock again and i might get those pack for 20$ sound good!!!

These trucks are already some what challenged by a high COG, put that much more weight that much higher up it just exaggerates the problem that much more.

You should throw a bug body on there so when you roll it you have a better chance of it flipping back over!
