    VXL-3S ESC Issue?

We have a VXL Slash that seems to have an issue with the speed control. When it's turned on and ready to go on occasion it just sits there when given throttle. Once you give the truck a little tap it snaps out of it and takes off. It also happens when you have been running and stop then try to go again.

I am just curious if anyone else has had a similar problem or have any suggestions or solutions

Recalibrate the ESC, its in the manual or you can give Traxxas a call! They will walk you through step by step.

Also make sure your trims on the controller are centered or at zero.

Fairly certain all you need to do is hold the button until it turns color then let go. It will blink, hold full throttle until it blinks twice, then do full reverse until the light changes. DONE!

It's a Traxxas Powercell battery. Non lipo. We will give resetting it a try. Thanks everyone!
