How do I mix channels in a TQi radio?

Ok, my other thread was locked since it didn't have a question. Accordind to the moderator, I was just blaming.

Now I redid it and my simple question is on the title:

Is there any way (maybe a hack) to do such a basic thing? (mix 2 channels)

Not that I know of. Traxxas TQi radios are not hackable.

Well, more or less... I hacked them twice with the 2 to 4 channel mod... Traxxas loves me for that...

I know channels can be physically mixed using y-cables. It's not the best way since you'll have limited EPA commands and adjusts. The main problem is when commands are in the wrong directions. In this case, we must use a y-conector with "reversed buffer" like this one:

I've just got disappointed when found out that a radio with fancy telemetry resources could not do something so basic. Maybe it could be changed by Traxxas using a receiver and/or app update.

When did you figure out how to open up the TQi for more channels?

well, well... just digging the TraxxasLink.app and in the AdvancedSettingsOptions.plist file there's something interesting...

I stated that the TQi is not hackable... because that is the radio the OP is discussing.
