How to store NIMH batteries

Do i store them charged or depleted, or 50%

And how often should i use them to keep them in good condition?
I have lipos for my daily driving.

nimh should be stored fully charged and checked weekly and repeaked at most every 2 weeks as they start to discharge as they sit and you dont want them to discharge too much. Keep doing this for as long as you have them and they should be fine.

Traxxas Support told me to fully discharge them , Them after storage charge the at 1 amp for the first time out of storage .

nicd is stored fully discharged which I have as well and I always store discharged. I tried storing NiMH discharged fully and the battery went bad fast. Since I have been storing fully charged NiMH's they have been working good every time I use them.
