    Is the e-revo waterproof?

    Hi

    Today i was out in the snow for the first time, it was really fun but when i opened it i got afraid. The whole car inside was full of snow and water everywhere,!

    But if it get that full of snow is it really waterproof then?

    It is not handy to submerge it, but it can handle more water/snow than you would expect.
    The product page says it: This model is waterproof.

    Don't forget most metals don't like water.

    yes, it is fairly waterproof. im always packing the snow up in the chassy when driving.
    I'm not krazy. My mother had me tested.

    Just remember to clean and dry the truck after use in the snow and apply some lube, preferably something like dry lube to all screws and moving parts

    Also make sure your waterproof seals are on right. Mine were not!

    He means the plastic box that holds the reciever in. It has a gasket and if it's not sealed right it will leak. I superglued my gasket to the frame so when the cover goes in it stays exactly how it should. Did it work? I fully submerged my mini revo in my bathtub to clean it. Powered on and played with it a little. Spins water like crazy. But yes it's waterproof.
