What are some bigger tires and upgrades for a slash vxl 4x4 1/16?

I new to the RC world so I dont know much about em. I picked up a Traxxas Slash VXL 4x4 1/16 scale. Im looking to get some bigger tires for it without having to regear anything. I dont mind triming the body but im looking for a little more clearance to run threw grass & snow better. Also are there body lifts available for these?

if you want more ground clearance you could convert it to a 1/16 e revo and then you have a larger selection of tires
