upgrades or mods ?

i have a traxxas 1/16 slash 4x4 what can i do to it. i would like to raise it up alittle bit. first time rc onwer and loving it. thanks

You can do just about anything. I believe there are enough aftermarket parts you can build an entire 1/16th RC without using a single Traxxas part!

All depends on how you drive it. Race or bash? Steel driveshafts and lipos first. Then upgrade as you break.

I changed my slash to merv suspension. I was tired of rolling over all the time. A arms, axle shafts and all tie bars.

You can keep the stock shafts with proper slipper settings... I have; even on 3S.

Springs, A-arms, toe links, center diff, steel cvds, bulkhead, chassis, gearing, long travel rockers, bearings, wheels, tires, lipos, telemetry, servos, bumpers, chassis brace, skid plate, battery doors, servo saver, servo guard, knuckles, pivot balls, body mounts, heatsinks, ESC, motor, Titanium shocks, diff lock, body, steel hollow balls, motor mount. wheelie bar, gearbox, shock mounts, shock oil, roll cage, body washers, charger, and a partridge in a pear tree.

i just play around my yard. sometimes i go to a track when it is nice. but i mostly bash it and flip alot. i was thinking of trying to make it a crawler if i could.

Is it brushed or brushless? Brushed would make a better crawler

i beleive its brushless

If the motor is blue it's brushless.
