Engine not staying started
Hey guys, my friend just got a new Jato 3.3, and were trying to start it up before break in. Were in michigan, so were dealing with a bit of cold weather. We heated up the head with a blow dryer, not sure how much because we don't have a temp gauge here. I put some paper towel around the cooling head to try and keep the heat in. The problem is, we can't keep it started. After struggling and eventually realizing that the clip was on on the fuel line, we can get it started, but even if I give it some throttle, it doesn't stay running.

try and reset your needles on the carb also start the car in a warm environment like a garage but keep it open to let the fumes out

It's the pains of break-in. New engines or at least pistons and sleeves cause initial starting issues.

Outside temps are really low. You may need to go Hotter on the glow plug.
