I was running my Jato 3.3 yesterday and everything seemed fine until after about a few tanks of fuel. Now the engine will start but will not idle. It runs for no more than a second then shuts off but will start right back up. Can anyone help me with this?

Try changing the glow plug.

I just changed it and idles now, I have never had that issue before and never thought an idling issue would be caused by a bad glow plug. Thanks for your help, this forum just saved me a bunch of money with the two issues I have had recently.

How many gallons are on the truck?

Idle problem
+1 on the glow plug. Also make sure the clutch bell is spinning freely and not binding up.

In the time that I owned the Jato, I probably have gone through 2 gallons and right now I have two quarts that I am using. I will definitely check the clutch bell as well. Do you know where I could order a bulk of Glow plugs for a better price?

Ebay is your best bet.
