Castle Creation Sidewinder

I saw an add on their site telling they found some stock Sidewinder v1 (1st version) and they sell them at 40$. Is it worth it? And is it better than the Traxxas Esc and if you still have the same motor?

it might be capable of handling more amps. the stock esc is 50a i think. check the amp rating on the castle esc. if it's more, give it a try. 40$ is a good price. the stock velineon is anywhere between 70$ and 140$ depending on where you get it.
