flm extended a-arms

will a stock size cv axle work with the flm extend a-arms?? I plan on looking into the steel traxxas cv axles but i was just wondering if they were long enough or if I would need something longer

instead of FLM aluminum arms I would go with protrac arms, with longer arms you can use the stock shaft, or MIP with the longer shaft.
