What Brushed Motors can the XL2.5 handle?

I was wondering if the xl 2.5 could handle a 19t motor?

No, it's not a straight swap. You will need a new esc if you want to go brushless.

A brushed ESC cannot control a brushless motor.
But, most brushless ESC's can control a brushed motor.

Brushless motors have three wires that are energized in time.
