    is this a good deal?

    im not into electrics yet only nitros, but i fould a guy on kijiji selling a 1/16 e-revo roller for 120 brand new all it needs is tires servos and motor and esc, is this a good deal??

    It's not a bad deal, but it's probably not worth it, it's probably better to buy to whole car.

    Not bad since you would need to upgrade the servo get better tires and rims and the esc should be upgraded too and motors are cheap

    yea i was doin up the prices and i could get the job done for 360 with upgraded tires and servo my lhs its 380 tax in so to me good deal lol

    i've been seeing some merv go for $200, fully loaded over in rctech.net...it's in their forsale section...$120 for a roller?...these days the merv just doesn't hold it's value...i'm over $700 into my merv...and i know i'll never get that money back...sometimes i wonder why i even went that route....but i guess i was stupid and fell for the marketing ploy of all those shiny stuff...oh well...u'd think i would know better by now...but nope...still falling for those stupid marketing ploy...still buying shiny stuff for it...*doh*...

    here's a sample...this guy wants only $145 fully loaded without lipos....can't beat that deal...and he's got the upgraded esc and 540 motor...

    looks like on ebay you'd pay $125 plus $10 shipping for a MERV roller, I do think ultimately a roller is the best way to go because you get the right tires, electronics and batteries, add RPM suspension arms before you break the stock ones.
