How do you re-balance a bad lipo?

One of my 2s lipos isn't bad but it gets up to 0.05 volts off balance from the other cell sometimes and its always like 0.03 off

How can I re-balance it ? Or does it balance out when you leave the charger on? Because I take them off at around 4.16 volts per cell in order to reduce the risk of puffing

let the charger run all the way. If you're charger is set to 4.2 - let it go all the way....it will drop the charge voltage appropiately and will not affect your battery.

If you're within .05 after charging, I wouldnt worry. If they drift too far, set your charger to "Balance" and let it run as long as it needs to.

    Alright thanks

It's weird I took the summit out for 45 minutes, came back and all 4 cells were at 8.43 volts

One of the batteries was 0.10 volts per cell behind the other so I guess I put the fuller batt on the bec side or something
