I'll have to look a little further, but is it Rustler or Sport? I'm looking through the pictures of both and they look similar. Interested to see how this handles...

ERBE-MERV-Stampede 4x4-Blast
looks similar to a rustler chassis
Big Block KB
ERBE Tekin rx8
MERV Basher
Yeah it looks closest to the Rustler, but still different.
ERBE-MERV-Stampede 4x4-Blast
that straight up looks like a N-rustler chassis....the front end looks extended and i think the Gas tank is larger too.....hhhmmmm
this is a new chassis - longer. part # is 4422 and 4423. The Rusty is 4430/4431
Lets see what its going to take to convert from rustler to slash -LOL!!

What the Nitro Slash pic? Look at the Traxxas home page, or in the product section.
ERBE-MERV-Stampede 4x4-Blast
It looks similar to a Nitro Rustler but with HUGE bumpers to handle my mad driving skilz!
"Fortunately son, I says fortunately I keep my feathers numbered for just such an emergency!"

I think this is the push I needed to keep and convert my N-Rusty - cant wait to see some parts hit the market! I think I just need the chassis and bumpers, COOL!!!!

So do you guys think it would be possible to convert my old nitro sport to one then?
2 Slash's, 1 Nitro Sport, 1 P2DE
Here's the exploded views...you could try....

you're going to need a new chassis and tank along with associated parts. Front and rear bumper as well as a VXL front end. Body and tires of course. If I recall, the rear Arms are 2wd slash

Do you think it looks kinda like this?
Its an extended rustler chassis. I own a nitro slash before everybody else. LOL
Next to a nitro rusty.

Extra aluminum really wont help with breaking battery boxes. A little extra weight in the front will though. Problem is the fact that the rear of the car is so much heavier. Really not balanced well. I was able to get it a little better by adding the aluminum parts and the large aftermarket shocks. Also use throttle control when jumping. A slight tap of the brakes will level it right out. I do see with the N.Slash that the rear bumper will be a weak point. If it lands on its tail its gonna break. Thats why I chose the T-Bone rear wheely bar. It absorbs most rear impacts without damage. Cant wait to see how the N. Slash handles. I will bet it needs to be widened to reduce roll-overs.
Going back many many years ago, looks like the stretched chassis from the GTR...
But, it's a modified version of the Nitro Rustler...
