    Rustler VXL tranny issues???

Well, the last time I ran my Rustler it got stuck under a branch and I tried to power out of it (stupid, I know). Now, this is what I get, my pinion and spur are okay I think it might be something wrong with the tranny. here's a quick 40 second video to help. Thanks!

Take it apart. Sounds like the slipper shaft pin broke. Easy fix. If that is not the case. Look over all the gears.

Not bad, I can do it in about 20minutes if that. If it's your first time taking it apart it may take longer. But, it's the best way to get to know that rear end and the transmission internals. I used to steer away from opening that part up and was kind of scared to. Now I could do it with my eyes closed and it's extremely easy. Part is about $2 if it's the slipper shaft pin.

Neither do I, hard to tell. Actually if you look close you can but from this pic it looks sheared?? Jaime? In the groove on the idler gear towards the shorter end of the shaft in the pics, should be a pin kind of like the pins in your wheel hexes. Is that broken, snapped, missing?
