Hey 50, what wing mount you thinking of?

50 : Tekno R-C Maxx Wing Mount will fit with somes modification, mine is hook with Integy Shock tower but I have to shim it!

Yeah, that's what I found too. I have the FLM shock Towers and the Tekno Maxx Wing Mount can be made to fit with some mods.

i shimmed my servo saver but i think i am going to replace the shims with teflon washers for less friction

Hey 50, what Steering System you running, still stock or have you upgraded to Aluminium?

I went with the gh bell crank. I tried two shims to take the slack out but was still metal to metal. I just shimmed it with one traxxas teflon shim on each side. They are 6mm little big but should be better then the metal ones. Think they are 6x8x.05mm

Thanks. I also have upgraded to Aluminium (forget the brand) and have noted some slack in the system where the main "dogbone" arm attaches. Am going to look into some shims too.

I am putting orange seals ceramics in the carriers in my revo so that leaves my yellow seal ceramics to go into the maxx!

I turned the top bracket around and have to decide how I am going to install it. The shock tower mounting holes are threaded which is fine for the lower holes but the upper bolt has to go through the shock tower into the wing mount

Didn't want to do it but I had to drill.out the threads on the top mount because the bolts have to come through on the motor side

Hehe I know that :P I have the same problem with my shock tower. I Had to drill too.
I had to shim it with copper pipe to move back to fit with my bajr body because it was too close.

that's at the end of the jump!landed and came apart . i had just picked my revo up and noticed the broken summit shaft and my daughter said oh no! i looked up and saw it in two pieces!

thought i was done buying parts for a while. had 61.00 in paypal from a refund and planned on keeping it there!

how long did that summit axle last for?
I know how that is atleast you had 61.00 in paypal i had that for about 1 week then now its sitting at 16.50 only been there for 3 weeks now needing tires for the merv going with dirt hawgs on desperado wheels found some on ebay for 39.99+8.95 shipping i'll see if i can find cheaper.
