yeah i know what you mean i dont prefer so much alum so i will do my best to not have any if at all possible. Running my emaxx and merv is more of a stress reliever than anything right now.

i know that. finally get the kid up there to ride and get up the hill to see that! should of turned around and hit the flats!
Hey 50, that is some serious damage you daughter picked up. Always sad to see someone's rig broken. Hope you manage to get it fixed soon.
Always get a 2nd Opinion!
thanks! parts are on order already!
Thats a bummer 50, Some alum skids might have saved it. Integy actually makes some pretty good titanium ones.
Or a t bone bumper
The tbone would help but the plastic skids holding it all together is definetly a weak point on the maxx. I,ve seen pics of a few of them on here in two pcs. I have some tbones, i dont much care for the look of them but from what i read they work good.Might put them on my basher.
Unlucky mate...in half. Did the truck land on its rear end?
I'm a Rock n Rolla !
I had just broke the axle in my revo and drove it to me and heard my daughter go -look what happened! So I didn't see!
Look what came today!![]()
Looks sweet! Now you have a little work to do. Thats what my roadmaxx started out as. I put the chassis braces on it and leaned it up against the wall and admired it for weeks untill i started buying all the rest of the parts. A little heavier but it wont break.
Shiny! It's gonna look awesome!
Look out for the tree/crunch!
LiPo? Naw NITRO!!
Yep! Working on my erbe same time!got the boca orange seals for the revo and have the yellow seals for the carriers for the maxx
Looks Mega!
Let's see you try break that one.![]()
Always get a 2nd Opinion!
Don't you mean my daughter!
Ain't that nice!![]()
Here I was holding off on the switchover because I forgot to order a rear skid plate that was also broken. When I have two t maxxes I could of robbed some parts off!
Nice and shiny until it sees some dirt.
I'm a Rock n Rolla !
ooh man i thought this build/switch over was done and you posted the completed product? j/k. its good that tmaxx stuff fits and to have those extra. I know i didnt buy a extra set of skids because i thought since mine is doing so good right now i wont need them later on well i should have been getting some parts for the emaxx for later use.
That is a nice chassis and braces for sure.

Mate...what your thoughts so far on that chassis? A worthy upgrade...I am toying with the idea of getting myself one.
I'm a Rock n Rolla !
Looks pretty heavy duty!
Today I was going to start on it but had to do some wrenching on my s2000. Had to replace the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder!
Looks pretty sweet, thought I would come check out your maxx thread.![]()
ERBE
30th Grave Digger
Slash 4x4
MGT 8.0
Thanks!
Double the fun! But double the price too!
Did the dog bones come with the chassis?
Yes. Dog bones and cups. Although they are stock size my pinion is 8mm
I use this foam in my erbe and merv
Would be better if it was one piece but this foam is pretty dense and hard

Do you have the traxxas center cvd? Had an issue with my FLM ones popping out cause they are short. Got some traxxas cvd's and it's too long lol.
Yep traxxas cvds. I will have to see. Front or rear too short?
Did you contact flm?
Rear too short, didn't try the front. Ill call them on Monday.
I measured the chassis to the stock one. Seemed pretty close
Stock is telescopic though, right? Looks like I may have to take the truck apart to figure this out?
i meant stock chassis length to the flm chassis length
Any pics of the truck all put together with the new chassis yet 50

6S OR NOTHING............................ maybe 5s
Wanted to get my daughter wrenching on it. So plan on it for tomorrow!
Thats great! Sounds like a good idea. Once she starts wrenching on it, she might go a little easier on it too. But now that its much stronger she might not.![]()
That's what I think. But you never know!
Nice mate...she'll have a better understanding of what's involved every time something breaks.
I'm a Rock n Rolla !
Well the traxxas cvd is definitely too long for the rear
Be nice to have something truely bolt on!
That is one nice looking chasis!
its looking nice there buddy, would be nice if that cvd fit just perfect. did you polish that as well? looks pretty shiny
