Yeah you could have converted but you have to change out the tranny, buy motor mount battery trays cost would have been close to what you got yours for.

Ha. My brother wanted to bring a few 1/5th scales down for me to work on them!

Pulling the shocks off my t maxx .I forgot what a pain it is with the motor in. I have to pull the shock mount off and rear toe links to get to the lower shock bolts. Take rear bumper mount off too

How much of the first Gen t maxx stuff will work on these? My old t maxx has some big bores rpm arms aluminum bulkheads rpm shock towers. Tried that but to send a video needs to be less than 30 seconds

a arms, axles will work and all but the tranny is too weak to handle brushless power. if you go brushed then maybe it will handle it but i know you'll want to go brushless right? I assume with the first gen t maxx it was the short chassis so space will be limited a little compared to the size of a newer tmaxx/emaxx chassis. its do able by upgrading some stuff.

the emaxx is nice reminds me of when i use to have my z71 4x4 silverado lol, goes everywhere i want it to go so far. i like youll like it. has more of that MT look when running.
with the rpm a arms it will be better to take those rocks hitting them, my rear shocks seem like they needed a bit of preload them but i think it might need better shock oil which i have not put or checked.

yeah i'll have to check tomorrow if i get the chance going out with family and wanted to run my merv this time with the new skids i got for it finally.
I have the RPM blue skids on the emaxx and let me tell you if i only had the stock skids on a while back when i hit the drain/gutter man i would have broke something for sure but that skid plate in front saved it big time i felt the ground rumble a little when it hit it hit hard like dropping a bowling ball on the cement i was at about 40mph slowing barely and the front dipped down haha but good upgrade you got there.
Man send over some trencher and wheel this way JK.
the center cvd is good as well as i found out i think my stock is squeking for some reason someone here as well had that problem too like i do.
Pics will be a must now with all these upgrades your doing before even getting the truck

yup it does even on 4s wait till you hook up 6s then youll see if it doing nothing but that lol. You need a wheelie bar for that case because i tore up my basher body on the tail gate bad because i didnt install it even though i had it.

keep an eye on the wheel hexs mine came loose a couple times and almost lost a wheelie like that.

    Yep.
I already put the traxxas aluminum with rubber tires on the wheelie bar
I will save the 3s for the revo!
I am balancing the tires now one needed over 11 grams

so i know about the weights and all but what is used to hold them on there so they dont fall off? also when you hit water by chance like run in wet grass or puddle does it still stick to the wheel?

I used dynamite wheel balancing tape. Its like lead tape with self adhesive back. Heres a link.

Hey mike I know you follow my revo thread!
I have the same thing lead weight but with my tires needing over 13 grams for one tire! That's a lot of tape
I had to find thicker tape so I found this comes with two side tape.
Of course I was looking for lead but being in ca they sell lead free so I have to cut with a hacksaw
Most of my tires needed only one piece uncut so it was easy

So it has sticky on the other side already I assume or I just didn't see the tape in the pic somehow? So it holds through everything I'm assuming even the wheel spinning at 60mph and does it say it's waterproof as well? Interested for later on. Post where you got that from or email me so I can bookmark that please.

The centrifical force will hold it on at any speed but yes two side tape
These only took 7 grams each so I didn't need to cut them

    and it begins!
