    Best buy traxxas sale.

Hey guys every traxxas vehicle is on sale at best buy in canada for 15% off. I was wondering which rc i should get next. Should i get summit, emaxx brushless, or e revo brushless. The e revo is sTIll kinda expensive at $680. The emaxx is 590 and summit is 530. Which one should i get?

If you think that you can handle the power of the mamba monster, then go for it. JUst remember that ifyou think the car is expensive, that the repair bills will be shocking. I just spent 150 in 10 minutes. I have spent over 1900 in everything (charger, batteries, car, upgrades, replacement parts...) The summit may be a better choice, it is fun, but doesn't have the insane speed and breaking ability of the ERBE. just my $0.02

Better handling is relative to speed, the summit can handle rock climbing better than the revo can straight out of the box. It can also handle wet weather better!

I would get the summit and if you really want more speed later on get a brushless system like the hobbywing to throw on it. Alss the summit is much less likely to break than the revo because it is slower.

I like both trucks. Summit has less repairs. E Revo crazy speed and Crazy things break on it. But you have to love working on it too.

in my mind the summit is a revo crawler. same truck with slightly different diffs and a brushed motor.my friend bought one and couldn't even jump it because it was so slow. i'm not knocking them, but they really are more of a trail-crawler type of truck as far as speed. the only way i'd get one is if i could throw a brushless combo in it.

I love my bl emaxx. That says, everyone is going to favor whatever it is they run. Most say the erevo is more durable than a embe out of the box, but i bash pretty hard and haven't broken anything yet. If course i learned the hard way last year that they all hold up better if you don't run Into stuff....

We have an E-revo and a Summit. We dropped a Tekin RX8 in the summit for summer fun, but back to the brushed setup in winter for fun in the snow. I would pick the E-revo if you have some experience. If not, I would start with a 4x4 slash.

the brushless e-maxx is a great truck. i've had several. the revo handles better and is more durable, but the e-maxx is a ton of fun and very very fast on 6S. that's when you start to break stuff. i never really broke much running 4S. hope that helps!

I had a MERV and a stampede 4x4 before but the stampede kept breaking because of the mamba max combo i added so i sold. The slash 4x4 is also on sale but i dont really like the velineon system cuz i fried the esc like 3 times when i had the stampede

Out of the box EMBE, "hard" bashing and no breakages??? You must be extremely lucky!

My $0.01, go with the ERBE as out of box a lot more durable than EMBE.

It was a toss up for me between the summit and the ERBE and I went with ERBE, two of them.
