cinnabun 3906 with a 4s spin on it

well here we go i got a 3906 off of cinnabun ,and wanted to make it my own truck so i tore it down and rebuilt the truck gave it some new parts,new powerplant and new servos. the list goes like this 2075 for steering ,2056,for shifting,velineon on 3s geared 20/66 (no heat issues at all ) integy metal rear axels ,integy fan on the motor, new shock shafts ,50wt oil ,slash reciver box , 50000 wt oil in shimmed diffs with new bearings,and change all the hardware to hex . now for some pics

Looks good from here, deffan advantage of VXL is the waterproof. Me want snow too.

sweet 3906, change the steering servo saver for the kimbrough 124 also a metal servo guard. And new fleEbay steering servo.
Did you notice the back tyre is on the wrong way.

yeah because its not a matching set of four im going to have to get another set of tires ,a gaurd i will agree with but it steers really well with a single 2075 thank you for the comments

I had a 3906 with a VXL in the past and it was faster than I thought on 3s. However if you want to extend the life of your VXL, make sure to gear it very conservative. 20/66 seems a bit steep to me ( i think I was using something like 18/68 - I can't recall exactly) but if the temperatures are good, you should be fine.

Nice truck by the way. I kind of want to build a waterproof VXL 3906 again.

no just checked it before work it a 66 tooth , i think im going to take it down to an 18 just to be extra safe ,it runs really well temp are good ,im also going to put a fan on the ecs
