    No throttle

    went to hook up a new receiver and there is no throttle response any suggestions thanks

    Make sure you have it plugged into the right port. It makes a huge difference. If you have it in the second 1 port it will have steering but no throttle in forward or reverse.

    If he did that, wouldn't it go forwards as he turns right and backwards as he turns left? I've never tried myself

    Make sure its in channel 2 slot, and that its not backwards.
