    Siping the stock BFG"S

Has anyone tried to sipe the BFG Mud Terrain tires? The work like crap on the track(clay) and I was thinking with all of those big meaty lugs if you siped them you might get better/more traction.

Using a hobby knife or a Dremel.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks,
    Rich

If you're running a stock class, modifying the tires in any way is usually against the rules.

If you're running an open class, there are a dozen much better options.

If its a stock class the stock Kumho tires have much better traction than the BFG tires.

What broke, uh, needs upgrading now?
