Alright im in the market for a new lipo charger, i love my old on ( dynamite passport ultra sport) but it only charges on battery at a time. Im looking at these 2: The onyx 245 or the hitec x4. They are both 100 bucks, should i go with the hitec one

Slash 4x4 2200kv MMM
Rusty 2400k MMP
Venom Lipos
Neither will do a storage charge or discharge but both balance lipos.
The Hiech requires a 12VDC power supply to operate or your car battery etc unless you get the "Plus" model that is AC/DC but also $220 but it also cycles and discharges as well. The $100 model hitech also is only 50 watts total.
The Onyx 245 is 80 watts total.
I got the 245. Love it. Super easy to use.
I have the 245 only problem is the non adjustable amp rate( only 0.8, 1.5, 3, or 5 amps) but it only really charges at 4.20 amps
Also the amp rating is a little small I would like it to be 10 amp charge rate.
I would also like to see discharge option.
But it really is a good charger.
It has LCD display , comes with balence boards and everything you need.
Slash 2wd, Slash 4x4, 30th digger, Rustler VXL
I actually prefer the 235 over the 245. The 245 doesnt have the setup options that the 235 does. Only difference is the 245 can charge two at a time. As stated neither discharges, cycles or does a storage charge. Im about to upgrade myself to either a Hitech 400x2 or Hyperion duo charger.
I use the traxxas ez peak plus, storage mode, 2 lipos at once, easy to use. Have you looked at that one?
