Spartan stock Velineon Brushless Motor

Hi Guys,
Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but I can't work out which motor I'm running from factory. Are the 540xl and the Velineon 3500 the same motor?
I want to try and work out how much RPM I'm putting out off a pair of Gen Ace 40c 11.1v 5000mah.

The stock Spartan motor is a Castle 1420, 4 pole 1800kv motor.

The 540 xl and the Velineon 3500 do have the same KV rating and is way too much motor for 6s in a Spartan.

To find rpm just multiply voltage X kv, 22.2 v X 3500 = 77,000 rpm.

Stock spartan on 6s, 22.2 x 1800 = 39,960 rpm....

Look on the end of the motor you have for the KV raiting.... Hope this helps ya...

They are the numbers I came up with. I just couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the numbers.
I think I need to get a different prop!
