Will this fit the slash/pede/rally 4x4 chassis?
I have googled this 5 ways, and see the question has been asked, but not answered in my search results...

True, no one knows the answer. But, if you look at the page views, it seems alot of people (like me) want to know.Keep us updated on how it works when the parts come!

DeWalt 1/8 Summit, Slash XL-5, Slayer Pro 3.3.
Looks like no one wants to be the guinea pig, they just want the results, heh.
I think it should, but dont take my word on it as I dont even own a slash 4x4 or xo-1
Mamba Monster 2WD LCG Slash - Spartan
cant someone just go to there hobby shop and ask around and borrow the parts and test them with other peoples kits? im sure other people at your local track would want to know as well?!
Problem with that is that Traxxas parts come in sealed packages and a hobby shop wouldn't want to tear open a package just so you can try it.

There are many on here that have both platforms. Not sure why it has not been answered. I have bigger fish to fry before I purchase those parts. Just thought someone would help out. I have 1 member that I should have pm'd in the first place...

I think it's been answered as a no go from the banned member Ducati777 trying to use the slipper in his XO.1. Look for his xo thread.

I know the gearing is not the same I have both cars ill take a look at the parts closely and see if there is a way to make it work
Well contacted my bud baldy. The cush shaft is shorter, and thicker. 2mm thicker(8mm compared to 6mm slash). Prob the only way to pull it off would be to sleeve the slash 4x4 shaft to fit the cush parts. Turns out the cush was used because a slipper would not stand up to the power, and still gives driveline shock protection. So its even more of a direct drive system, which is exactly the opposite of what I was looking for...
LETS GO PENS!!!!
Nevermind.
