    Bad lipo?

So i have a couple 3s lipos, ones a 3800 and the other a 4000. I charge and balance with the common sense rc ac-dc 6 charger. With one of the batteries it it works fine but on the other one when i start balancing the little timer will start but the amps and mah will just stay at 0..Does that mean the batteries going bad or is it just a glitch on the charger or something?

    I have a similar issue...

Just purchased two brand new 3S 25C 5000mAh from Traxxas.
Charged the first one using my EZ-Peak plus ... completed in about 40mins.
Went to charge the 2nd one, and the thing timed out after 2hrs.
Two cells reached 4.2V, while the 3rd only made it to 3.88.
It seemed to only be charging at like 0.3-0.5A for most of the time.

Any ideas or suggestions as to what the issue might be?

Are they already charged when starting? Did you run them a little before charging or down to LVD alarm voltage?
