if i was closer i would help out as i would be running my emaxx with your e revo lol so the terrain would have to have some work done, where i went the weeds were too long to run in i tried and almost got stuck more than 1ft high is too much.
take plenty of water up with you not only for you but for the ground to soften it just enough to not work so hard looks pretty dry

Its a bit of trail to get up there and water is heavy!
I think I will put the stock axle back on for now and go up there monday. Do a little bashing and shoveling!

Hmmm...interesting. I jump my truck in the 50ft range most times and pretty high too. I have never broken one like that...just stretched out of shape.

I wonder if this is from the extra weight you are carrying on you truck .

I had one dude...it lasted about 10 bash sessions. I bent it from cart wheeling my truck on a big jump so it came off...I do fine without one.

Weird, kinda worried USPS lost my summit body. It said on tracking that it was confirmed to arrive on the 16th not here and the tracking hasn't changed since the 15th...

My receiver box has so much more room without the Y connector for dual servos!

I am waiting on a shock rod end and axle (ball x still hasn't shipped yet ) Taking off the aluminum rockers too. Had a few loosen up even with loctite and a few broken titanium hollow balls helped pull a few threads.

Wow. That mounting point inspires me to get my own cage machined when I get my ERBE.

stuff like that is crazy to dig up knowing someone uses that area for something it was fine the way it was before i think from the pics you have posted and the area photos i've seen there are plenty of spots to use for what they need. shame people have to be so air headed at times but i guess its a life lesson for them when someone does it to them when they are older in life they will look back and see the same thing hopefully.

So back to stock rockers? Hmm, these hot racing rockers were on my wish list, might consider the STRC rockers now.

Sounds funny you were free to alter that hill top as kid and now your defended it from kids altering it?

We were the first to use it no one else did. We spent years working and riding up there. As a kid had a group of friends who made a track with jumps and raced around it every spare minute we had. Again no one else used it
Today we have some kids that ride the trails and some with rc cars that hit the jumps and hill climbs been that way for over 30 years
You can defend them for making trenches in the middle of a trail (that would fit a small car)ruin hill climbs with stairs and doing damage everywhere you look (being a fellow rc driver that surprises me)
I can tell you when I bought my first electric and went back up there years ago (when the trails were the same as I left them)if the trails were in the shape they are now I wouldn't of bought another merv ,my revo and e maxx and have saved thousands in upgrades
Its close to home and gets my daughter off the computer and out of the house

Aluminum rockers work good if installed and never left alone. Each time you take the bolt on and off you work the threads and if one gets loose it will take a few threads with it

Thats like building a sand castle and someone crushing it and saying "If I was allowed to alter this sand they should too I'm okay with it."
