battery question...

i was wondering, i am running dual 2s 25c 5000mah venom lipo's in my revo. Now the question is, which 3s battery will fit easy in the chassis without force? and would 3s and a higher C rating same mah make this thing wwaayyy faster or just a little bit faster. i don't race just bash.

Hi I would stick to same mah and C rating when using a mixture of 2s and 3s batteries. If poss even the same brand, to ensure actually the same delivery.

well i wanted to know if the 3s 35c 5000mah would be way faster and worth upgrading my 2s 25c 5000mah that i have now.

Yes they would be a lot faster, more voltage going to motor. The 35c will allow the motor to draw more amps from the battery, therefore a 3s 35c should be faster top end, faster to top end. But battery won't last ad long, as it will drain it all quicker.

A lot of that depends on your motor esc if you are already pushing the limits of either at 4s then it would be more powerful but then you would have to gear down so your speed would not necesarily be greater. However, on 6s you would defintely see the difference, whether or not its worth it is subjective.

2x 3s 35c 5000mah=6s, it will blow your e-revo away. its a big difference from 4s to 6s just be prepared of damages.

i only run 4s to stay out of breakage LOL. with my SlayVo GT-E....i might go with 6s for more speed.

i have had my emaxx and erevo for awhile now and haven't broken anything yet (knock on wood) i have dual 3s in my emaxx and 2s in my revo, they are sooo sweet, couldnt own anything else.

I plan on 2s only to break on the new erbe.

Then check.out 3.cell and maybe some.gears.and put the.eagle tree elogger and gps with brushless rpm sensor to get some good.numbers. Watt,amps voltage drop, ah and then off to the computer to log it and play the.run on the screen
