It's my belief that's why the chassis is grey, so it's easier to dye (nearly) any color you want. I'm thinking about taking the leap and dying the chassis on my next build.

I like them a lot, nice grip on pavement. I had the 1/16 size on my merv, and I liked them too, a little skinny, but served good.

Thats what Im running and loving it. Much better low end throttle control and smooth throughout the power range!
Just an FYI Snappy RC now makes a mount for the Tekin RX8. I have one mounted with industrial velcro and just got a new snappy mount to put in my street machine with the kershaw chassis.

Edit, see you have some other nice goodies on there
Hitech servos are great, Im running the JRs but the two are my personal favs.

I snagged an idea from another post for covering up the empty servo slot with a blank plate for the REVO 3.3. Its not a perfect fit but it fills the hole fairly well and take just a litt bit of rounding out the mounting holes on the plate.

Yeah, loving it so far, I'm impressed with it. The snappy, and the outerwears shroud is next on the list.

    Thanks for the link.

    Well get cracking Craig!

The difference is amazing IMO. Smooth as a newborns butt! Im thinking about kicking down the kV on my on road rig to a 1700kV truggy motor....why? Because I can!
Then change out to Mod1 gears and see if I can get a little more speed. Im running 2250s in both ATM.

Honestly I don't know, found it on bag full of spares that I had, it could be from HPI maybe, still not sure. That's why I posted just the lenght. Have a shorter one that will try soon at front, just need a drivecup to measure it.
