Right now I am running 11t pinion with 54t spur. Stock gearing. It's cooler here now so with the castle sidewinder and 3800 I rarely see temps get above 130. Having ran 3s I think it will be hard to go back to 2s. I only ran it yesterday to run it down to storage voltage.

I see another 3s pack in my future.

I will also be remounting my rear tires so I can tape them. I was shocked to see how the newly taped and mounted front wheels didn't balloon at all with gorilla tape on them.
