    Quick project question

Im taking a good look at the rear end housing and assembly on the XO-1 for a large scale project im working on. The question i have is if the XO-1 rear differential/cush drive clutch is run without the center drive shaft will anything negative happen? Is running that complete unit RWD an issue?

Also can anyone confirm the hole spacing on the motor mount? Does that 1717 use the standard 25mm spacing on the mounting holes?

You can take the center drive shaft out no problem. I have experimented extensively with 2wd and been as fast as 110 like that.

That's good to know, i don't see 110 in my future anytime but good to know RWD on the XO-1 rear setup will work just fine.

Can anyone confirm the mounting hole spacing on the XO-1 motor mount? Tried finding specs on that motor on the castle site but the only ones i see with detailed sizing specs are the NEU motors.
