Just buy mine it has everything done already and it still breaks. I just installed aftermarket ring gears in the diffs and in 5 min of testing the internal diff gears let go. Im also running the hp diff cups. Be prepared to be wrenching more than bashing.
Get yourself some summit axles and hpp wheel hubs. The hpp parts are great.

After about 15 months of owning my ERBE I won't through a few parts ...

    Rear bulkead
    One axle carrier
    A few bearings
A whole lot of E-REVO shafts ( while running on 4S ) and one Summit shaft ( while running on 6S ) about 8 shafts in all !!!
    One A-arm

In the next few weeks I have a load of spare parts I gotta install.

RPM A-arms and axle carriers ( with True-Tracks in the rear )
    MIP shafts all around
    Hot Racing aluminum rockers
    Tekno sway-bars
VDK pistons ( not sure yet if I'll install them on )

And when the snow will be deeper I'll put my ProLine Sling Shots back on the ERBE
